Cocobird

Cocobird takes its name from a tasty wood combination: Birdseye Maple for the "speed stripes" and dramatic Cocobolo for the rest of the body. The body is deeply carved and contoured for a close connection with the buttery-smooth wood. This one is a tactile delight, and a sonic sensation. Two Lace Alumitone Humbuckers provide plenty of clean power. The exotic African Blackwood fretboard holds stainless steel frets scaled from a gibson-esque 24.5" high E to a fenderish 25.5" low E. This allows slinky lead runs combined with a tight bass, but without the contorsions of more extreme multiscale guitars. Ultra-modern Gotoh 510 tuners and heavy Schaller bridge complete the package with premium hardware.
